Rex laughed, met he kiss gentle and slow and closed his sightless eyes. "Mm...I love you...." He whispered, bit his lip with a crooked smile.

"I love you too, Rex." She said with a smile, kissing his cheek gently. He was honestly the most handsome guy she knew, was beyond attractive when he bit his lip and he'd never get the chance to see it. "A whole lot more than I thought I'd ever love anyone."

"Yeah?" He breathed softly, a hand brushing dlowly through her hair. He yawned after a moment, content with slacking off today.

"I'm gonna go take a shower and steal one of your shirts." She said, kissing his cheek before she got up and walked to the bathroom, stripping down to her underwear. She carefully pulled the loose stitches out of her stomach, tossing them in the trash before she climbed into the shower. She bathed quickly, then dried off, wrapping a towel around herself so she could walk to Rex's room for a shirt. She thought it odd, she'd cover up. The only person to see her would be Dakota.

"Olay," Rex murmured with a smile, drawing his legs up on the couch. He yawned and stretched, patting the cushion for Dakota. He felt the weight and cusions shift with the weight of the massive dog, and laughed siftly as Dakota shoved his head in his lap.

Blake walked slowly back into the living room, smiling at the sight of Dakota and Rex. They looked so adorable sitting there together. She was so happy that she was almost kind of part of their little family. "Are you stealing my Rex?" She asked Dakota, curling up at his side. She gave him a gentle kiss on the cheek, wrapping her arms around him.
