A three story house with the main floor holding only the living room and a kitchen with a bar counter, the downstairs has been turned into a rec room for the four teen boys that inhabit the place. Bathroom and bedrooms can be located upstairs, two that contain sets of beds, and a third master room. Modern decor and rather clean, it is a decent place for having friends over and growing up.
