Zain shook his head. "I was freaking out when they came to get me, Monroe. Tell them I did it when the parasite was at work.." He leaned over to kiss him gently. "Please.. I don't need you like, bleeding out.." He touched his hand gently. "Or else imma go do it for you."

Monroe bit his lip. "I can't, Zain.." He mumbled brokenly.

"Can't what?" The nurse asked, coming in to check on Zain.

"My dog scratched my arm really bad and I don't want it to get put down.." He said quietly.

"Dogs get excited, honey. It happens. Come on and we'll fix it up, okay?" She said, and Monroe followed hesitantly. He came back a little bit later, and climbed into bed beside Zain, laying his head gently on his shoulder. Lucas came in right after him, sitting down in the chair.

Zain hugged him close carefully, chest bruised from getting hit. "See? It's okay.." He tilted his chin up for a deep kiss, glad that the voices were gone. "Mm... I love you...."

Monroe moved closer at the kiss, gently tracing his fingers over Zain's chest. "I love you too." He breathed, reaching up to run his fingers through his hair and kiss him again. "More than even I understand.."

Zain smiled. "I know.." He looked over at Lucas for a moment, sighed. "I wanna go. Make them let me leave or something.. This shit is obviously working, it's not gonna change outisde of this place." He sighed annoyingly.

Luc raised an eyebrow. "You think I'm some sort of doctor or something?" He asked, but got up anyways. "My sister just went into labor and we have to get on a plane to New York like, now." He told the nurse urgently.

"We have to ob-"

"You don't under/stand/!" Luc nearly screamed, and Monroe smiled. "If that baby comes out and we aren't up there, my dad is going to pop our heads off! We need to be gone ten minutes ago!"

"We-"

"THAT BABY ISN'T GONNA WAIT ON YOUR AND YOUR SHENANIGANS, LADY!" He said, sounding irritated and she started filling out the release papers. Luc walked back into the room and sat back down, playing on his phone.

Zain kissed Monroe, sitting up and turning to put his brace on so he could hide his smirk. He didn't bother with his shirt, waiting impatiently until she said they could go. He grabbed the two and dragged them outside, careful of Monroe on his crutches. He patted Luc. "Good job," He teased with a smirk, probably the friendliest he had been to him.

"You get good at it when you're horny as fuck and gotta get out of class." He said with a shrug, following the two outside to his car. "At least we didn't take the lambo."

"You can't drive the lambo." Monroe said, climbing into the backseat. "You're so used to driving with your legs open."

"Said the person who will move the steering wheel to get blown." Luc muttered, and started the car.

Zain scowled as they bickered, turned his medication bottle over curiosuly to read it after climbing in. He set it aside and huffed, smirked. "Yeah but he's not driving, so he diesn't have to move the steering wheel." Far more himself like before. He leaned over, kissing Monroe.

"Don't fuck in the back of my car." Luc groaned, pulling carefully out of the parking lot. Monroe just whimpered in response, pulling Zain closer to him. He wrapped his arms slowly around his neck, moving carefully into his lap.
