Deacon adjusted the chair so he was nearly laying back, and hugged Connor close. He kissed the top of his head, gently rubbing his back. He grabbed a blanket from the edge of the bed, covering Connor up since he was in his boxers. He closed his eyes, listening to their talking.

"Me Ban'nit." She said, smiling up at him. She looked over at the girl, telling her hi before she crawled to the edge of the bed, looking over it.

"You guys can play with her in the waiting room if you want. She's bound to fall back asleep in a little while. She's sick." He said quietly.

"Bandit?" Seth questioned with a smile. "I'm Seth. You wanna go out there for a bit?" He stood, leaning on his crutches as he helped her off the bed, watching Cala pick her up.

Connor nestled into the blankets some, made a faint sound as he curled up against the warmth.

"Uh huh." Bandit told him, wrapping her arms around the girl when she picked her up. She reached down, fixing her dress before she laid her head down on Cala's shoulder. She looked over at the boy, watching him curiously. She looked over at Kellin as they passed, smiling over at him. He forced a smile back before he pulled his mask up again, walking into another room.

Deacon closed his eyes, rubbing Connor's back gently. He yawned, lacing his fingers together at Connor's hip.

Cala hugged her close, following her brother down the hall. He caught her watching the guy pass. "No crushing," He teased, laughing as she blushed before finding and empty seat and dropping onto it. Cala set Bandit down gently.

Connir shifted his weight, teeth gritting now that his medicine was wearing off. He shifted his weight again.

Bandit crawled across the floor before she pulled herself up, walking around the chairs. She saw Ace and gasped, toddling over to him. "Hey, cupcake." He said with a smile, picking her up. She gave him a sloppy kiss on the cheek, and he wrinkled his nose, sitting her back down. "I gotta work. I'll come see you tomorrow when I'm off, okay?"

"Kay." She said. He fished in the pockets of his scrubs, handing her a lollipop. She smiled, taking it from him before walking over to Seth to show him it. "A pupple." She said, even if it was green.

Seth chuckled. "Purple? That's green." He smiled down at her as Cala sat down on the floor, resting her head on his good knee and watching Bandit curiously.
Seth shifted her weight, rollig his right shoulder with a pained grimace. They said it would probably always bother him with how the shoulderblade had been shattered.

"Geen." She said, looking up at him. She saw the girl was sitting down and went to sit beside her, stretching out her small pale legs as she pulled the wrapper off carefully. She stuck it in her mouth, using it to rub against the gum where her tooth was trying to come in. Being a miscarriage, she was nine months younger than she appeared to be. She looked up at the boy again, then over at the girl.

"Daddy sleep?" She asked, then stuck the lollipop back into her mouth.

Seth chucjled, nodding and watching her sit down beside Cala. His sister shifted her weight some as Bandit stretched out her legs.

"Yeah, he's just sleepin'. You happy he gets to go home today?" He reached down, playing with her hair.
