Marc shrugged. "I don't care. The more the merrier. Let's just hope Shaun doesn't think she's special enough to be catered on." He teased with a smile. But he could only imagine things getting worse from here. There was mother's day, then father's day. Their birthday. Halloween she wouldn't bring them trick-or-treating on. Christmas she wouldn't wrap presents for them on. And then there were the days she came over to see Shawn and they were here. If she ever came over again. And not to mention her body she was going to have to get back for puppies she had she didn't even want. He thought maybe she deserved to be catered on..
"Oh God. I thought Shaun was a puppy! I'd steal her and let her sleep in my bed with me. And then all of a sudden we had a fucking -sorry- freaking baby in the house crying. That's one way to confuse a little kid." He laughed, shaking his head. But he'd loved her all the same.

Jacob chuckled softly. "Aw, shocker," He teased, looking down at them. Maybe he would shift tonight and talk to her where nobody else could understand. Except maybe Shawn. He patted the head of one of the little pups. Their eyes would open before a normal dogs. Probably tonight or tomorrow, considering they had human blood. Maybe not even that long. It seemed the one that looked like Shaun was already trying to open his.
He watched him bite on the others ear, tugging, and smirked. "Trouble maker."

Marc smiled at the mischief, wondering if they would be like Shawn and Cole and look so much alike. But they looked different now, so maybe they would look different as babies too. "You have any names decided for them?" He asked, reaching up to run a hand through his hair. He didn't know if that's how they worked or not. But he couldn't imagine calling them 'white puppy and black puppy'.

Jacob shrugged as he watched him. "I think Conrad for the little boy.." He smiled faintly, watched the darker one and lifted it. "I don't care what your mommy says, I bet she would love to name her daughter hm?" He kissed her little head, sighed. "She's just being stubborn.. She loves you deep down.. She don't want you hurt is all.."

Marc couldn't help but snort. "She's probably gonna say Sean. Like.. With an E-A." He smirked, reaching over to mess up Shawn's hair. "I asked her when she wasn't the size of a freaking house, and she said if any of them were girls, she'd wanna name one after moma. Before she decided she didn't want them." He turned his arm over, looking at the bites on his arm before he leaned back. "She's really hurt. She never got to know moma. And she thinks that having two moms is just as bad as having none."

Shawn huffed, ducking his head away as Jacob bit his lip. "I want her to be there for them though.. She has to know I would never let Drew replace her.. Ever. I want them to grow up and know they have a wonderful mommy, even if we'll never be together.. I'd never bave her replaced.." He worked his jaw, looking down in the floor as Shawn reached to pat his shoulder and he swallowed. "I never meant to.." He whispered. "I never would have touched her likethat if I knew what I was doing.."

Marc sighed. "I know you wouldn't have. Shaun knows you wouldn't have either. And I'm not trying to say that it's right what she done, that she doesn't want them. But maybe you should just.. stop trying to make her want them. Raise them as just yours and your girlfriend's. Or just yours. When they get older and ask who their mom is, just.. change the subject. Tell them it was an accident, but you love them all the same." He bit his lip. "And besides.. Think of how weird it would be if they called you and your brother dad..."

Jacob worked his jaw. "Fine. Whatever." He mumbled. He had to act different though. It was the only way to hide how hurt he was. How scared. He set the little pup by her brother and got up, slinking to the kitchen for a lemonade and grabbing a cigarette, opening the kitchen window as he sat down next to it and lit up. He watched Tyler mowing the lawn for a moment, then turned his gaze elsewhere, annoyed with himself. He took a drag on his cigarette, then tossed it outside with a huff, taking a sip of lemonade.

Marc scooped up one of the puppies, handing it to Shawn. He gently ran his finger over the other's head, moving so he was laying down to look at it. "Hey, little puppy." He heard his phone ringing, and pulled it out of his pocket, putting it on speaker phone. "'Ello?"
"Marcus.." Marc's stomach sank. He didn't know whether to be more scared that he'd been called by his full name, or that his sister was speaking and not barking.
"Where's the puppies?"
"With Jacob like you told me to. They're really cute." He said, petting the puppy again.
"Where are you?"
"... With Jacob. Cause it's raining. Why? You need to be re-"
"Marc, I'm bleeding.. A-and it won't stop.. And Tony isn't here yet.." She cried.
"Fuck. Okay. I'm coming. Just hang on, okay? If it gets worse, call the hospital or Tony or something."
"Just hurry.." She mumbled, and he hung up the phone, shoving it in his pocket.

Shawn patted the puppy, glancing up in worry as he listened. "Jake.." He mumbled. But Jacob was already up. "I heard.. She's gonna be fine Shawn.." He insisted, moving towards them. His little brother just stared up at him and Marcus helplessly, hugging the puppy in his arm close carefully so it wouldn't get hurt.
