Mat kissed him back, reaching up and running a hand through his hair. He pulled away, kissing him softly again before laying back in the grass. He stroked Dylan's hair gently, looking over at him. He couldn't deny he loved him more than anything in the world. He couldn't deny that he wanted to marry him still. He smiled a bit, leaning over and kissing his forehead. "I love you, pickle head."

Dylan smiled faintly. "..love you too, Maty Cakes." He sighed. "I just...gotta have time to get my shit together is all...before I can be yours completely. Okay?" He ran a hand through Mat's hair. "Love you."
He gazed up at the sky quietly, listening to the dim voices of Britt and Zoey. "I'd be dead now, if you guys hadn't been here.."

Mat nodded. He sat up, folding his legs in front of him. He didn't want to leave Dylan, but he knew that Dylan would have to leave sooner or later. No human could survive in the cemetery. "I couldn't do it if you weren't here. It's been hard knowing you were here the last few days, but you weren't here with me.." He rubbed his stomach gently, looking down into his lap. He didn't want to think about just how lonely he had felt.

"I wasn't here with Nash, either.." He admitted guiltily. "I tortured Dev...and then bought a bottle of pills and got drunk."
He rubbed at his face. And he had bailed on him tonight to end his own life instead..and run into Mat and Britt and his girl in the process.

Mat rubbed his chest gently. He didn't want to think about about Dylan's boyfriend, or anything that had to do with Dylan's boyfriend. He was ready to kill the boy for stealing his Dylan. 'Not your Dylan." That voice teased, and Mat shook his head.
He sighed, bringing Dylan's hand to his mouth. He kissed it gently, then held it close to him. But he didn't dare speak, knowing the only thing to come out of his mouth would be hate about his boyfriend. And Dylan didn't need that.
