a parasite that has laid dormant in many people for hundreds of years has now become active again. there is no telling who has the parasite until it begins to feed, in which case, the host may experience any or all of the following symptoms:

• delusions.
• hallucinations.
• hearing voices.
• loss of hearing.
• loss of eye sight.
• abnormal behavior.
• cannabalistic behavior.
• the firm belief that people are constantly watching / judging them.
• states of hysteria.
• feelings of tiredness.
• unable to resist certain urges or impulses.
• lack of emotion.

* this parasite will also mimic specific psychological disorders. in children, the parasite will cause them to become blank and emotionless.

treatment includes getting the parasite removed before irreversable damage is done. due to the fact that it reproduces rapidly, it's important that it's treated as soon as symptoms are shown. therapy should be sought after the parasites have been removed.
