Taiken's brother had made her a cool Mickey Mouse beanie, and she was currently looking for a pair of bright colored skinny jeans to match the Mickey shirt she had at home. She thumbed through them with her one good hand, wondering if Hot Topic might have brighter colors than the basic ones they had here. She wandered over to a display of shirts on the wall, looking them over as she rubbed her hand in the cast. She chewed on her lip, her red hair falling down over the back of her Batman shirt.

"Hm.." She mumbled, wondering if her brother could make something for Hello Kitty.

Damian was leaving work, tired from working all morning. He streched his shoulders, and grabbed his bag out of his locker, before heading out of the break room, waving at his co-workers, and walking out of the store. His outfit was as he normal dressed to work. Spreies, with kakhi pants, and a light blue button down shirt. His hair was slightly styled from calmed down bed head. He walked down the side of the mall toward the food court, his stomach growling.

As he passed a store, he noticed familiar hair, and then saw the girls face. Weird. He shook his head, thinking he was imaging it. Besides, it would be weird to walk up to her right? Damian shrugged his shoulders, taking one last look at the girl, before contune to the food court.

Taiken saw someone pass by, and thought it was Damien. But he was gone too fast for her to tell. She continued to look at the shirts, then walked out. She figured she may as well stick to what she had come here for. So she started to make her way to Hot topic. With a little luck, she could find some bright jeans.

She was passing the food court when she spotted the person who had passed her. Holding her casted hand to her chest, she walked over, smiling up at him.

"Hi stranger." She said, her other hand going to her necklace, moving it back and forth on the chain.

Damian looked down from the menu at the girl, surprised that she had just approached him. "Well, hey" He laughed lightly, "Uh.. excuse me.." He told her, turning back around to the counter and getting a slice of pizza with a drink. He paid the man quickly and took his cup and plate. "What are you doing here?" He asked turning back Taiken. He caught her gaze and smiled a bit, before walking over to a table to sit down.

He pulled out a chair for her, and then sat down in one himself. He felt like completmenting her outfit, it was cute, but he thought it would be weird. She just didn't wear the same things every other girl wore. Damian was starting to get that strange feeling again.

She sat down at the chair he had pulled out for her, resting her hand on the table. "Well, I came here looking for jeans. But I think I'll just settle for the white ones I have at home. Sully made me this totally cool beanie. It's got mickey mouse ears." She smiled over at him, still playing with her necklace. She let it go, letting it drop to her chest.

"I got my rock out." She reached into her back pocket, pushing the sketch towards him. "I got the shirt and the belt and pretty much everything. But I can't find yellow jeans. So I think I'm going to just.. Stick to white." She folded it with her one hand, putting it back in her pocket. "Maybe I can find a bag to match it.. What about you? You're getting off work?"

Damian took a sip from his drink, watching Tai lay her head on the table. "That's cool. So, your brother makes a lot of your clothes?" He asked, taking a bite from the pizza. He looked around trying to see if anyone was starring. Hell, for all they knew, she could be his little sister. He sighed at the thought. Young enough to be my sister... What am I doing? He wondered how she felt. Obviously, she didn't think he was weird or creepy.. but what did she think?

"Yeah, I just got off. Been here all morning." Damian shrugged. His job was easy, but it was always boring. He took another bite from his pizza, his eyes looking down at the girl. "Did you sketch that?" He asked, wanting to know more about Tia.

"Uh.. He makes a few things. Not a lot. Just like, things you cant find in a store, you know?" She watched him from where her head lay, aware of every move he made, and how he made them. She couldn't help but keep her eyes on him. He was handsome, and she couldn't deny that. But the attraction she felt.. It was what scared her. 'He could be Sully..' She thought, but never stopped watching him, obviously in awe.

"No, I can't draw. I can't do much of anything. Except make a mess. I'm good at that." She mumbled, drumming her good fingers on the table. Her arm was starting to hurt, but she didn't want to leave.

Damian smiled, noticing that Tia was watching him. "Messes are always fun to make.." He laughed, remembering back to when he and Khole were in the orphange. The workers never liked them, always said they wouldn't turn out to be anything. Cashier wasn't really a good job, but it was anything and definitely not nothing. "I always find trouble more attractive than a mess though."

"Messes are easy to tell who did it. Trouble has a mystery." Damian shrugged. He wondered if it was okay to ask her if she wanted to leave, at least walk around. He didn't like sitting down much. "Wanna go walk around or something?" His mind yelling at him as he asked. Was it wrong to hangout with someone younger than you? Maybe not.. But this feeling he had toward Tia might get him in trouble.

"I think I caused enough trouble for both me and Sully when I was little." She said with a laugh, but knew he meant another kind of trouble. Breaking a vase wasn't very attractive.

"Yeah, we can walk." She said with a smile, sliding off the chair. She held her casted arm close to her, figuring she may as well get to the store she was aiming to get to some time before Santa came. She couldn't help but watch him for a minute, admiring the way he moved. She looked down at the ground, putting her other hand in her pocket.

"Cool outfit." Some guy said, and she smiled. "Thanks." She mumbled, looking down at her feet again. It wasn't often someone complimented her on her clothes. They often teased her about them.

Damian smiled, following after her as she walked away from the food court. His eyes cut to the guy he commented on her outfit, before looking straight forward again. "Any store in particular you're walking towards?" he asked, catching up beside her and looking at her from the corner of his eye.

He rolled his shoulders, making a popping noise as he rolled them once again. "I'm sorry if this is awkward.. I just.. I mean.. you're young.." His hand weaved through his hair, trying to shake the nerves he had just created.
