The Act: Zoey initially comes off as a bitch. Literally. She's nasty and sarcastic. Very coy, she can persuade plenty of people and often leads guys on. She refuses to be hurt first, and yet she has some sort of addiction to being hurt, perhaps thinking she deserves the mental punishment. But when one gets to know Zoey, she is a complete sweetheart, and loyal as fuck. A girl with a bark worse than her rather poisonous bite, she's a tough kid to crack.
The Memories: Zoey has had a pretty normal life. Single child to a part time mom and a military dad. everything was going fine and dandy. Her best friend finally came out of the closet and was kicked out, and Zoey's parents happily agreed to adopt him. When her father went missing in action on the field she was devastated, but refuses to believe that he is dead. And still, she followed a generally normal life. Until Jason. She thought she loved him, he drugged and raped her. She was supposed to go to the hospital, but didn't have the guts to tell her mom so she faked a name and they fixed her up as best she could, while she bluffed reasons for being away. Her trust now having dwindled towards any person, she is afraid of falling in love again, because she is afraid of being hurt.
