The Act: Devan is a complete sweetheart. She will gladly sit and listen to your problems, or if you're a quiet one, sit and fill the silence herself. She offers a strong shoulder to lean on, is fun and lighthearted. She's a bit stubborn and hardheaded on her part, but loves smiling and making the days of others. At the same time, every day is a bad day, and she has her times where she's down, directing the traffic of dead spirits and all.
The Memories: Devan was a baby born in heaven by simple creation. She never had any actual parents, and often angels in disguise down on earth would care for her until she was old enough to fend for herself. She has been to both heaven and hell plenty, and is one of very few allowed to travel between all three areas in order to lead souls; or force them in some cases, to their final resting place, or take them to get their wings.
