"Life is like tossing a rock into the river. Now there are two questions. Did the river stop flowing? And did the rock create ripples at the water's surface? ----------------------------------------- Remember being a kid? Having the world at the tip of your fingers instead of on top of your shoulders. It was easy back then, well for some. Not everyone had the world at their finger tips. Some had to fight, to strive, just to get it inches away from their ity, bitty finger tips. But that would make only two types of people in this world, and something, that is learned by growing older, proves to show that their are many different types of people. I guess that's where the saying, "Don't judge a book by it's cover, comes from. Tk There comes a time when one feels like now that they've had the world at their finger tips, now that they've held the world's weight on their shoulders, that they should now be on top of the world. To me, it just doesn't work that way. It's not really the world that controls us. We control ourselves. Every choice we make leads down a path. Each path leads to another choice. It's a chain reaction. Sometimes involving two people, or more. I like to think of life as more of a game. Actually, multiple games, because it never stops... at least not til you die. Tk

Is it cold? Is it cold out in the blizzard? The snow melting, soaking your clothes. Out in the darkness, No light percing through to save you, No one to save you. Deep below, under cracked ice, Your hands stretch out, But no one comes to the rescue. Is it cold? To know this was your fault? Is it cold without your heart?
