"Yeah. Well, I had other belly button rings in my bag too, so.. I'm pretty sure everyone behind me was very mad." He shrugged, reaching for his empty cup before he realized there was nothing in it.

"Uh.. My mum and dad are doing okay. Dad said they're talking about maybe having a baby. Or adopting one. Cause mum feels lost. My sister's.. hanging in there. She's got pneumonia, I think? Or something like that. She wanted to keep Cole. Until I told her there was two of you guys. Then she decided she wanted Shawn." He nodded, a smile passing his lips. "So, what did I miss here? Any births? Marriages? Deaths? Impromptu snow days?"

Shawn laughed. "Sorry to hear about your sister... At least she's still got some spirit."
Cole glanced up at the question, shook his head. "Nothing new," He murmured softly, thinking maybe his life just wasn't all that interesting. He had nearly had a dangerous run in from the all too familiar vampire who had introduced him to Baz, but decided to keep his mouth shut on that one. He finished his doughnut and began to work on his coffee again.

"She's bonkers." Baz said, wrinkling his nose playfully. He looked over at Cole, gently taking their hands and lacing their fingers together. "Are you okay, love?" He asked, leaning over to kiss his cheek gently. He stroked his hand gently, looking over at Cole curiously. He was worried about him, hoped he hadn't missed anything.

Cole held his hand close, nodded. Maybe his spirits were a little broken after a rough day yesterday, or maybe the depression he had often struggled with since the accident had decided to surface itself agai n like it seemed to do at random. He set his empty coffee cup aside, resting his head on Baz's shoulder. "'M okay."

Baz wrapped an arm around his waist, moving his chair closer to him. He rubbed his side gently, his fingers on his other hand tracing gently over his arm. "As long as you're okay, I won't worry." He said quietly, wrapping his arms tightly around him. He closed his eyes, resting his chin on Cole's head.

Cole bit his lip, curling up close. He gazed over at Shawn, then rubbed at his bruised jaw and sighed softly. He honestly didn't know why he didn't feel happy, figured he should. He had looked forward to Sebastian coming back so much.

Baz kept his arms tight and secure around him. He kept him close, gently rubbing his side. "Is someone teasing you? Is it school?" He asked gently, wanting to know what was wrong so he could fix it. He didn't wanna push him into being okay, but he didn't want to see him sad either. He kissed the top of his head gently.

Cole bit his lip. "I'm used to that stuff," He insisted. He'd had plenty poke fun at him, but for the most part with Tyler amd Jacob on the football team, he was usually left alone. "It's okay." He smiled at him even though it was forced, could feel Shawn watching him. They had talked about getting him on medication because this was how he got, but they hadn't talked to him about it, even if he had to go to therapy like the others.

"Okay." Baz said quietly, even if he didn't believe him. He rubbed his side gently, kissing the top of his head. He was slowly growing depressed again, that same feeling he got when he drank too much coffee. He craved alcohol, that smell of ink and paper seeming to linger around him. It was enough to drive him mad, the craving just the icing on top of the cake.

"You can come over after school tomorrow if you'd like. I should be back home somewhere around four or so." He said, slowly loosening his grip around him.

Cole huffed, smiled just slightly. "Okay.." He murmured, yawned a bit. Tomorrow was Monday, meaning he had school too. He shifted his weight, staring down at his coffee cup.
"Ugh, cheer up Cole, you're boring."
He looked up at his brother, smirked.
