She pulled the meat loaf out of the oven, sitting it on the stove. She walked over to the potatoes and added salt, pepper, and butter before she sat it by the meatloaf. "I don't feel like eating.." She mumbled, too upset to eat. She sat down at the table, putting her head on her arms. She sniffled, hiding her face in her arms before she started to cry.

Tyler bit his lip. He wasn't good at these kinds of things. He was always the goof off, the screw up. This was for people like Cole and Shawn.. not him...

He pulled a chair over, swinging it closer with his foot, and sat down, just rubbing her back gently in silence.

"I don't wanna tell Shawn.." She mumbled, biting her lip. "I.. he's gonna be so mad.. There's so much I havent told him.. And I certainly can't tell him 'well, I lost my virginity to your brother..'" She hadnt wanted to tell him about what her dad had done to her, how he made her pay for not selling her virginity. She didn't want him to know anything that might make her seem broken.

Tyler sighed. "If there's one thing I know better than anything else in the world, Shaun, it's my brothers. Shawn might be a little surprised, but he isn't going to be mad... You couldn't help it and Jacob was sick okay..? He's going to support you no matter what." He patted her back gently.

Shaun sighed, wringing her hands together. She wrapped her arms tightly around his neck, hugging him close. "I'm glad you're here.. You made this a lot easier than it was." She said quietly, sliding off her chair. She walked over to the couch and laid down, curling up. "Please don't do anything stupid, Tyler.. Why don't you call Charlie over?"

Tyler hugged her tight, bit his lip guiltily at her words. She didn't understand how much he was craving a drink. He shifted his weight, careful of his cut up back, and texted Charlie, wondering when the others would get home. His phone rang and he stood, limping some as he paced, talking quietly to the doctor on the other end.

It wasn't long before Shaun was asleep on the couch, curled up tightly. Charlie showed up not long after, clad in her mini skirt and button down shirt that was her uniform.

"Ew. You smell like a dog." She teased, wrinkling her nose as she reached up to let her hair down. She untucked her shirt, looking over at Shaun before she kissed Tyler's cheek. "I'm not gonna ask."

Tyler just bit his lip, hanging up. "She felt I needed to be babysat." She shrugged a bit. "Jake got that parasite thing.. Ryan's at the hospital with him. They've got him on some medication and he's calming down.. I-...he got Shaun."

"So.. By 'got' you mean gave into the urges all of you are bound to feel because there's one of her and like.. ten of you?" She asked, running her fingers through his hair. She looked back over at her, running a hand up and down her arm.

"So.. It's a waiting game? How on Earth are you going to tell your brother? 'Oh yeah, you went crazy and mated with Shaun?' That won't blow over well." She reached over to pull his arm to her. She kissed it gently.

Tyler shrugged. "I dunno.." He mumbled. "I'll go see him tomorrow..." He sighed, leading her to the kitchen to sit, leaning forward so his torn up back wasn't brushing against anything. He worked his jaw absently.
