"Thank you." Britt told him, leaning over to sit it on the floor. He hugged her close, gently running his hand through her hair. "It's okay, now.. Me and Tony are here, baby.. We aren't going to let him hurt you while we're here, okay? Just cry if it makes you feel better. I'm not gonna let you go." He gently ran his hand up and down her back, hugging her tightly. He rocked her gently, slowly running his hand through her hair.

Zoey did exactly that, crying until she gagged, swallowed. She closed her eyes, silent tears dripping down her cheeks. She ached horribly, and she had decided a shower could weight right now, felt too shaky to bother trying to get up.

"Come on and lay down with me, okay?" He breathed, carefully laying her down. He pulled the gun out of his waistband, and sat it on the floor. He laid down beside her, wrapping his arms tightly around her. He ran his hand gently up and down her back, closing his eyes. He hummed an old song he used to sing with his band, hoping it would make her feel a little better knowing that he was there.

Zoey nodded, lying down beside him.she watched him remove the gun, realizing Jason had been right. Closing her eyes she cuddled up close, listening to him hum, and was soon drifting off into sleep.

Britt hugged her close until she fell asleep, then he carefully climbed out of bed to wash the ink off of his arms. He chewed on his lip, finding Tony's room. "Hey.." He walked over to him, hugging him tight. "It's okay, kiddo." He said before he walked back to Zoey's room, hugging her tightly.

Zoey fell into a sound sleep, grimaced faintly but otherwise didn't move.
Tony looked up as Britton came in, bit his lip. He hugged him back.
Zoey hummed softly as the feeling of another body came back, nestled close.

Britt curled up close to her, running his hands slowly over her stomach. He rested his head in her neck and closed his eyes, his hand slowly moving up and down. He didn't know what else he was supposed to do to make it better, but he was going to try. He slowly started to drift off, holding tightly to Zoey.

Zoey slept soundly for the most part until early in the morning when she whimpered and rolled onto her back, gripping the bed. Tears dripped gently down her cheeks.

Britt stirred when she whimpered, looking over at her. "Zoey.. Zoey, baby.." He said groggily, gently shaking her. "Zoey.. It's just me.." He realized how bad this looked if her mom came in- her daughter naked in bed with some guy way older than her, whos clothes were in a disarray. "Baby.."

Zoey drew in a sharp breath, teeth gritting as his words woke her. She reached up to wipe angrily at her tears, opening her eyed to gaze at him brokenly. She rolled over, hugging him tight and burying her face against him, felt stiff. Tony knocked gently on the door and she jumped. "I told mom you were sick so she wouldn't come in," He breathed. "Imma go to school.." He kissed her cheek and hugged Britt before leaving. Zoey just closed her eyes again.
