[GRYFFONS] Fairy tales don't always get happy ends

She nodded, wringing her hands together. His praise meant more to her than anyone's. "I just hope they all get better. I love all of them in their own special way. And now they have two little puppies they gotta be an example to." She said with a smile. "It's been really nice meeting you. Especially since I hear so much about you."

"Yeah." He laughed. "Jacob's finally a father. Hm." A crooked grin passed his lips, the same one all his boys had. "It was nice to meet you, too. Tyler rarely takes love so seriously."

[charlie annalise richards]

"Yeah. He has a boy named Conrad and a girl named Tatum. And the girl looks just like him." She smiled, wrapping her arms around herself. "I guess.. I'm not the best catch out there. Now I have to go find him and see if he still wants me. Either way it's fine. I just hope the other boys kinda remember me. Even a little. They're all really sweet. You raised four amazing sons."

He smiled. "He'll want you back. Believe me that boy will want you back.." He chuckled. "I wish I could agree. They have a fine mother, and they have you. And if they've forgotten, they'll remember in time." He reached out, patting her hand gently. "Now go find those boys. Don't let them think they've lost you longer than they have to."

"Where I'm from, we hug people goodbye." She gently wrapped her arms around him, giving him a tight hug. "Thank you. For your boys and talking to me and being such a great person." She said before she bounced to the edge of the cloud. She figured there was only one way to get down, and she jumped, landing on the cushion of her wings. "Ugh.." She groaned, looking around to see where she was. She slowly started walking, rubbing at her neck as she started back towards the Gryffon's house, praying they remembered something. She quickly broke into a run.

He hugged her tight. "You're welcome. Tell those boys I love them." He smiled, watching her go.

"Tyler..Tyler talk to me..." Jacob smacked his brother's cheek lightly, peering into his eyes. Ty just groaned and Jacob pushed beer bottle away, drugs. He eyed the paoer he'd written, eyebrows furrowing. Charlie.. He remembered bits and pieces. He could hear his puppies crying in the living room where Shawn and Cole were. Jake pulled Tyler into his lap. "Please be okay..."

Charlie pounded on the door, completely winded. If she'd been an angel, she wouldn't have had that problem. She forced her too-big wings into her back again, doubling over to try and catch her breath. She didn't want to be too late, was tired of obeying rules when they were just going to take everything from her anyways. She just wanted to get there before they forgot everything, keep them from forgetting. 'Please.. Please..' She pleaded silently, closing her eyes as she coughed.

Cole got up, hugging Tatum to his little chest as he opened the door. He hesitated, then smiled. "Charlie you're back.." He whispered once recognition struck. And then Jacob shouted from upstairs. "Cole call for help! Now!"

Charlie looked up. She didn't think she'd ever been so happy to hear her name in her life. "Go get the phone. I got her." She said quietly, gently taking Tatum from him. She realized again just how heavy the baby was, but put her on her hip anyways, gently closing the door behind her. She bounced the baby, looking over at Shawn.

Shawn blinked up at her warily, hugging Conrad close, who was chewing on the string of his hoodie. "I don't-..." He watched Cole scamper for the phone and trip up the stairs towards Jacob. Then Shawn's eyes brightened, and finally he bit his lip. "Something's wrong with Ty..." He mumbled helplessly.
