Luc wrapped his arms around his neck, hugging him tightly before he walked into his bedroom. He packed enough clothes in his bag for a couple days, walking back out into the living room to put his booksack on. "Ready, Freddy?" He asked, opening the door for Dyson. He grabbed his keys, then started out to the car.

"Mm." Dyson managed a smile, following after him out to the car. "So..I still have that football scholarship, and the uh, water damage to my lungs, they said shouldn't be enough to keep me from playing." He chewed on his lip thoughtfully. "So I might go try out at the college, see if they'll take me." He knew games could be a pain if Luc didn't come with, that they may end up spending time apart if he got in. It worried him. But at the same time, it was only during games. He'd be here for practices, they could see each other more often at the college on later days for Lucas.

"They might." Lucas said thoughtfully, putting his bags in the back seat. He started the car, turning down the radio so they could talk and not have to scream to be heard. "I'm just at a community college right now. I needed two more credits to be able to go to the college.. I think one of my teachers just marked me absent an extra day." He mumbled, pulling out of his parking spot. "But I don't see why they wouldn't take you."

"Mm, I know.. My grades were bad though. The only way I'll get into a better college is start playing somewhere nearby." He shrugged a bit, hoping Luc wasn't upset with the idea. He'd even give up football if it meant keeping Lucas. He was perfectly fine coaching little children's teams.

"So start playing somewhere nearby." He said, looking both ways before he pulled out onto the main road again. "You're way too good for them to turn down. And if they do, there's plenty of other places to go." He glanced over at him, then shifted his weight in his seat, tossing the pen that was under his leg onto the floor. "We'll move if we got to. I don't care."

Dyson just chewed on his lip. "Yeah.." He mumbled, mentally warring with himself. He shrugged, would figure it out later. Tonight was about spending time with Luc.

"Or not. Either way doesn't bother me.." He said, shrugging his shoulders. He took a careful right, leaning back a bit in his seat. "I just wanna be able to see you on occasion." He mumbled, focusing on the road.

Dyson swallowed. "I know.." He whispered brokenly. He fell silent, then sighed after a moment. "No football, then. You're worth too much to lose to a stupid scholarship.." Months ago he would have thought otherwise.

"I'm not gonna fucking make my point while I'm driving.." He muttered, pulling into a parking lot and killing the engine. He looked over at Dyson before he grabbed his shirt, gently pulling him forward to kiss him softly. "You're going to college. And you're going to play."

Dydon winced at the first words, had meant it honestly with no anger. But as he was pulled close he kissed him deeply. "O-..okay." He slurred, leaning in for another kiss.
