"I know he does, Dyson.." Luc breathed, slowly running his fingers through his hair. If there was one thing that made him feel lousy, it was knowing that he couldn't fix Dyson. He pulled back a bit, pressing his lips gently to Dyson's. He raised a hand to his cheek, drawing the kiss out a moment longer before he pulled away. "I loved her too.. She meant the world to you, so she meant the world to me, too."

Dyson sniffed, resting his head on Luc's shoulder. "I wish I'd had more time... I wish I had been around more..." He choked brokenly, gently rubbing Luc's chest. "I'd give the world to have her back... You and her..that's my everything." He gazed across the room distantly for a moment, and finally sighed.

"I would too, Dyson.." He breathed, reaching down to take one of Dyson's hands into his own. He slipped his fingers between his boyfriend's, squeezing it gently. "At least she's okay now.. She's always watching over you, cause you're the best big brother ever. And maybe one day, we can have a kid of our own. And then she can be an aunt, too." He offered, reaching up to stroke his cheek.

Dyson bit down on his lip, and smiled sadly. "Yeah..maybe," He murmured, hugging Lucas a little tighter. He pulled him the slightest bit closer with a wince, kissing his jaw. "You make everything so much better.."

"I love you.." Luc said quietly, playing with Dyson's hair. He looked over at him, rethinking all the things they'd ever said to each other, remembering just how he felt the first time he'd laid eyes on Dyson and knew without a doubt that was who he wanted to be with. "You're everything to me.." He breathed.

Dyson smiled weakly, doing his best to cheer up. It had been too long and he didn't want it to be longer. He kissed Lucus deep and tender. "I love you, too...more than anything."

Luc's stomach suddenly filled with butterflies at the kiss, and he moved closer, kissing him back just as deep. He smiled, slowly running his fingers over his jaw. "You've gotten so handsome since middle school.." He said quietly, leaning in to give him another slow kiss. "This is all I ever wanted.."

"I guess both our wishes came true.." He murmured. "There's a reason I never finished beating you up when the others left the halls..." He smiled guiltily. "I was afraid though.. I never wanted to be gay.." He kissed along his jaw slowly. "But now I could care less."

"I get it, though.. I mean, no one chooses to be gay. Coming out isn't the easiest thing you can do.." He said quietly, closing his eyes at the kisses. He slipped his hand to the back of Dyson's head, biting his lip. "But loving you is easy.. So it's the best thing that could have happened to me."
