"Yeah?" Monroe smiled. "But I want you all the time. Even if we aren't in the bedroom. I just like having you around." He admitted, reaching down to take Zain's hand, playing with his index finger.

Zain smiled faintly, overturning his hand slowly and lacing their fingers together gently. "I know, baby.." He murmured.

Monroe slowly pulled his fingers back, gently tracing the lines on Zain's palm. He knew if they were holding hands, he couldn't shift gears if he needed to. "Everything's always better with you here." He let go of the wheel to change the radio channel, before he grabbed it again. "Your voice makes up for what your eyes lack- comfort."

Zain bit his lip, a little ashamed by that. But then he smiled. "Mm..I'n just glad I have you back..."

"You'll always have me, baby." He said, smiling over at him. "I'm thinking when we get where we going, I'm gonna swap cars. A lot harder to find us that way. Fill up and start going again." He squeezed Zain's hand gently.

Zain nodded, smiling at him faintly. "Sounds good to me.." As long as it meant Monroe didn't have to go back.
