A smile crossed her face and she gave a short nod. "Yeah, I've been like this all week. I think it's a cold." She responded, raising her shoulders in a quick shrug. "Not too short? I was worried that it would be. It's weird, but my head feels a lot lighter with all the hair gone." Taaron offered him a smile before drinking the rest of her co-co and setting the cup off to the side. "But now I get why boys have short hair. It's not nearly as hot as it is with long hair."

Terance nodded at her first comment, then laughed. "No not at all, you pull it off nicely." He offered her another smile, and chuckled. "Yeah well, I wouldn't know the difference," He teased. He knew what hot was, that was for sure. Being on fire made you want to avoid heat for the rest of your life. "So what are your plans for today?"

"Well, thank you." She smiled, glancing out the window. She giggled softly at his comment, and moved to press her back against the back of the chair. "I figured I'd sit here and keep your attention for as long as I could." Taaron smirked and met his gaze for a moment before looking down at the table. "What about you?"

Terance smirked faintly. "Oh, you know. Hoping I can spend the day with a pretty girl who I met in a car accident." He wrinkled his nose, laughter in his eyes. He wasn't anything like the mute asshole he might have seemed when they first met.

She laughed, and her cheeks turning the slightest bit pink. At that moment, Taaron was pretty happy to be sick, her face couldn't turn into a red tamato. "Guess it's your lucky day." She teased, a grin pulled at the corner of her lips.

Terance grinned crookedly. "Mm I guess it is," He mirkured, leaning forward some with another teasing smile. "So. You said you weren't feeling the best, what do you want to do?"

She leaned her head on her hand, thinking momentarily. "Hm.." Her eyes moved to look out at the sidewalk. She chewed on her lip before looking back to Tj. "We could see a movie." She pointed out, but wasn't sure of what all was playing. "Or we could share stories." Her eyebrow rose slightly. Taaron really only knew about his burns, and that he had a brother. "Mm.. I'm sure there's other things, but I'm not very creative." She giggled.

Trez smiled faintly. "Hm, we could do a little bit of both." Another faint laugh bubbled past his lips. "We can go see what's playing, if you would like. Pay's on me."

She offered him another small smile before pushing back her chair to throw her empty cup away. "Sounds good to me," She responded as she passed by the table. Taaron scooted through the door as an older woman held it open. "Did you drive?" She asked, eyes scanning for his oversized car before turning to face him.

"Nah, I stopped by the mall to check that everyone was on shift, and walked here."
Mainly because he had been starving and had hoped to eat, but hadn't found a human close enough to a secluded space. He jammed his hands in his pockets, looking around.
