Zoey shrugged, reaching for another cracker. She curled up in the bed, snuggling up against Britton. "Yeah..?" She mumbled, bit her lip guiltily. "You sure about this, Britton..? You don't have to marry me.." She swallowed the knot in her throat, working her jaw.

"No, I don't have to. To one's twisting my arm behind my back threatening to break it off if I don't marry you. But I love you. And I want to spend the rest of my life with you. And I may be old fashioned, but I don't believe in making a pregnant girl raise a baby with her own last name. You deserve to have a little family. And I'm going to take care of you and the baby." He said, kissing her forehead gently. As much as he wished it was his baby, so he would have a reason to love the baby, he knew he would love it anyways. It was a part of Zoey. "And besides, I wanna watch your belly grown with your little baby in it. I wanna see the smile on your face when you see it for the first time, and be there when you have it, and watch you feed it and bathe it and take care of it. I wanna see you be a mommy."

Zoey's jaw trembled and she smiled faintly, several tears rolling down her cheeks. "I love you, too.." She whispered. "And our baby, Britton...okay? You deserve to finally be a father..and this baby boy or girl is gonna need a daddy..." She kissed him gently, hugging him tight as she set the crackers aside.

"Of course it's ours. It's going to have my last name, just like you." He said, kissing her softly. He wrapped his arms tightly around her, hugging her close to him. He didn't want to let her go ever. The idea of having a baby with her seemed right, even if it wasn't his. He reached up, gently stroking her cheek as he kissed her a little deeper, then pulled away. "I love you more than anything. And I love the little baby, too."

Zoey met the kiss slowly, rubbing his shoulder. "This couldn't be more perfect.." she whispered softly. "Even if it's scaring me shitless..." Hell, she was only sixteen.. She nuzzled him gently. "But... it's a little more okay now that I know you're not gonna be locked up.."

"It scares me too.. To think for the next nine months you're gonna have another person inside of you.. And you're still just a kid yourself, in a way. But I think regardless of everything, you're gonna be a fantastic mother. You're already an amazing girlfriend." He smiled, carefully wiggling out of his jeans. He tossed them to the floor, then pulled the blankets over himself. "You aren't alone, okay? You got me and your mom. And Tony and Marc. And Marc's sister's pregnant." He drew his lips together, looking over at her in a 'well, how-about-that?' expression.

Zoey smiled, curling up close to his nearly bare body. She hugged him tightly. "Mm...Jacob will be a good daddy, even though he didn't mean to.." She murmured. "She doesn't have anything to worry about." She rubbed his chest gently, gazed up at him. "Rex got you out?"

"He'd better be. Marc said she isn't gonna keep them. She's letting him take them." He shrugged. "That's not up to me, though. So I'm not gonna worry about it. I just hope she's alright."

He nodded at her question, reaching up to run her fingers through her hair. "He worked a few things and your mom signed some stuff.. He said that.. I wasn't doing you any good in jail, that you needed me here." He kissed her forehead again, keeping close to her.

"Same.." She listened to him explain, and smiled faintly. "I knew he would never live a promise down," She breathed. "No matter how many times I told him not to worry about it.." She kissed Britton's jaw gently.

Britt smiled, wrapping his arms tightly around her. "Well I guess I owe him one now, then." He said, tipping her chin back gently. He kissed her slowly, running his fingers slowly over her cheek. "At least now, when you decide you wanna sleep with me, we don't have to worry about me being locked up. I don't have to worry about sleeping in the same bed as you." He teased, kissing her nose.
