"Oh." Devon smiled some again, meeting the kiss slowly, his eyes closing as it continued. When it was broken, he curl up close, breaths slow and thoughtful as he focused on the circles Zander's thumb was making over his hip.
He mimicked the action on his chest curiously, raising his head to search Zander's face.

Zander bit his lip, looking down at Devon. He smiled at him, reaching up to stroke his cheek before his hand went back to his hip, resting there gently. He kissed his forehead gently, running his fingers up his side. He knew if he didn't get up, he would eventually get turned on.
"Come on. How about that bath?" He asked, reaching up to brush his hair back gently.

Devon smiled crookedly at the kiss on his forehead, nodded. "Okay..." He sat up slowly with a grimace, chewing on his lip before letting it go and looking over at Zander. Running a hand through his hair, he pulled his other hand from Zander's chest, slowly climbing out of the bed, stiff and aching. Frowning some, he limped towards the door and into the hall, heading for the bathroom quietly.

"I couldve carried you." He said, getting up a few moments later. He followed him to the bathroom, running him another bath before he left to find him something to wear. He left it by the door, not wanting to intrude.
"Just relax, okay? Lay there awhile." He told him. He walked to the living room, sitting down on the sofa. He fixed his boxers before turning on the TV to watch the news.

Devon huffed, undressing and stepping intk the hot water with a faint gasp before he eased his body into it. "Okay.." He mumbled, resting his head back against the wall and closing his eyes as he stretched out. A slow breath passed his lips, the hot water feeling good over his stiff and aching body.

Zander got up after a bit to start something for breakfast. After awhile, he had scrambled eggs and made grits and sausage to go along with it. He fixed their plates, carrying them to the coffee table before he walked back to fix them both a glass of milk. Hating orange juice, he never got it.
He poured the glasses, setting them down beside the plates. He sat down, waiting for Devon to finish.

When Devon had relaxed enough, he drained the tub and got out, drying off carefully and scrubbing out his hair again, though for the most part it was already dry.
Finding the clothes outside the door, he pulled them on, still hurting a little but not as much as before as he wandered out into the main room, the smell of food catching his attention.
He smiled at Zander, padding over to the table and sitting down. He was still pleased any time he ate a meal not from home, unable to shake the idea of left overs and cold food.

"I don't know how it tastes because I live alone and never feed anyone but myself, so.." He picked up his plate, scooping some of the grits onto his fork. He had always loved food that was considered southern. There was something comforting about it.
He glanced at the TV as the weather came on, watching with little interest. He took a bite of his eggs, then leaned over to get his milk. "Looks like a lot of rain is coming. But at least it isn't snow."

Devon smiled over at him, taking a bite. "It's good," He huffed, nodding. At the information about the weather he looked up mid mouthful, chewing carefully and swallowing. "I like rain.." He smiled faintly, taking a swallow of milk before he returned to the food.

"Me too. Except Vegas can't drive, and getting him in the car in the pouring rain will be an act of congress." He said, poking at his sausage before he cut it with his fork.
"I told him not to work but he's too contrary." He shrugged. He couldn't stop the boy. He took another bite of his food before setting it aside, already forgetting about the weather.
